The camera is phenomenal. Rather than buy the somewhat 'bad' kit lens with it, I purchased a used older lens separately, a 28-105 Canon Ultrasonic EF lens. The pictures are very sharp, and using a 16GB class 10 SDHC card, it is more than fast enough for my needs. The camera is capable of correcting for any dust on the lens, but I haven't tried this yet. Overall, the only downside I've seen is my mental association of the Eos Rebel branding with André Agassi, which is hardly fair to the camera. I'm trying to think of it as a Canon 600D, but not having much luck. Review by Joseph
