Good Photograhy is about photographer (80%), lens(15%) and the body(5%). Can't go wrong with Canon brand, with so many differnt high quality lens offering, and it's highly claimed customer service dept. 12 mega pixel sized sensor is just about the right size for any non-professional. I'd like to see Canon to offer a full frame body with lesser pixel count with less complicated electronics, priced at $1000 price tag, and it may be digital rebel all over again. I tested with 24-70mm lens, does exceed my expectation even at high ISO setting. Canon does not offer verticle grip, as this body is little uncomfortble holding it for few hours.
